The Start of a New Year.

SSM New Site Screencap

I’ve resisted posting anything to this site for the last couple of months since a new site is in the works. Seeing as it’s not quite finished, I should make a quick update.

I’ve been growing Sideshow Massacre, taking on new clients, new challenges and have even gotten into new equipment.

Sideshow Massacre can now do decals and vinyl graphics. All of those illustrative things we do can now be turned into heavy duty, all weather decals and installed practically anywhere. Now the quest is on for clientele, trying to explain that we don’t ONLY do vomit and peens.

2013 is already shaping up to be mind blowing. Huge plans are in the works (starting with finally dropping the new site). More shows, more art, more deviant behaviour.

Check us out on Facebook for the regular updates and anything interesting we’re doing when not posting here.

Just in Case!

Just in case it’s not clear. To order anything you see on this site you can:

Email me dcptcon@hotmail

Send me a message through the Sideshow Massacre Facebook page

Or even leave a comment on any of the posts.

I ship worldwide and accept paypal, emt, money order and strange trades.

New Sideshow Massacre Shirts

The other big news this weekend are two new Sideshow Massacre shirts.

Following the sell out and retirement of my previous robot shirts, I have new robot shirts!

Available in red, grey, light blue and dark blue (only two dark blue left).

I’m also dropping a limited number of the Morgue Style shirts on black and white.

All Sideshow Massacre shirts are now $15

Cold weather mean more layers…which means buy 3 of these shirts and wear them simultaneously. Increase your style and your girth.

‘Tis the Season blah blah Zombie

I’m still trying to figure out how to reach the most people (old and new) with these posts without spamming the hell out of the people who already follow my hijinks (and I love you for it).

Christmas is a month away. Now is the time to obtain cards to send to close friends, mortal enemies and elderly reletives with a lot of money and a heart condition.

Sideshow Massacre happens to have the perfect cards, that may cause fortuitous “accidents”.

Proffesionally printed, each card includes an envelope. That’s half the battle. Write something endearing or subltey threatening and you’re all set.

$2.50 each.

If you love the cards, share the post. If you can get a picture of someone’s amused or repulsed face looking at the cards, post that.

To Market, To Market…

Since we’re on the topic of the Rock n’ Roll market (I was), I thought I’d get an opinion on these handy canvas bags?

Would anybody rock an affordable and unbelievably versatile canvas bag?

Just think of what you could carry.

Think about it.

Thoughts?

To All a Good Night…

My sister has been visiting since Saturday so I have accomplished next to nothing. The freaks will be back to normal in just a few days. In the meantime I’m trying to drum up some interest in Christmas cards, ’tis the season.

I will be printing early next week. They’re available through me at dcptcon@hotmail.com, through comments on this post or through the Sideshow Massacre Facebook page.

There will also be a Sideshow Massacre table at this year’s Rock n’ Roll market at Logan’s. So if you’re in the Victoria area the weekend of November 24th, pop in and say “hi”.

Morgue Style has Arrived – No Head for the Undead

Working on a new t-shirt here at Sideshow Massacre.

A couple of colourways should arrive soon.

Morgue Style – No Head for the Undead

I’d wear it, would you wear it?

Schwag!

New pins made from an old friend. Huge selection of colours.

Blocktopi pins $2

Braintestine Pins $2.50

Braintestine Cuff Links $12.50

Shipping costs here in Canada are the pits so package together as much as you can.

Questions, comments, concerns and orders.

It Sure is…

I love metal coolers, and spamming photos.

Therefore, today must be a dream come true.

Coming soon. Off-Gassing Party!

In love with customizable toys…and afraid of, mostly afraid of.

Bentmafk the Noun? Verb?

Bentmafk is a video production company that was looking for some swag to get their name out into the world. I did up some line art for t-shirts and stickers and they should be real and existing very soon. I figure if the designs are available on their page HERE, then I can post them up as well.

There were actually two versions of the last design. I like the first one but we’ll see.

Keep your eye out for this stuff dropping and for some full colour designs (you may have noticed the zombie in a previous post).

Also, with the Dapper Camera shirt, which layout do you prefer?

Boardom.

Feeling kind of directionless at the moment, no clear path for what I want to do.

The colouring work I was doing on the upcoming Zombie Jesus graphic novel has wrapped up, it’s at the printers as we speak. In the meantime, this happened.

I’m still selling robot t-shirts (both mens and womens),robot hoodies, pins, original artwork etc. If you’re on Vancouver Island, check my stuff out downtown in Talk’s Cheap/Monster Party 556B Pandora or contact me through this site for sizes, colours and of course commissions.

Assertive is my word of the day, and a goal for the near future.

Thank you! Yes, YOU!

Just to make sure I double-blip on everyone’s interweb, I’m making another quick post. After some delays, the perk packages from my Indie GoGo fundraising are all ready to go. I’m thrilled with how everything turned out and still blown away by the generosity extended to me.

I also have to give a huge shout out to Dustin at Cloud City Merchandising again. He has come through over and over with all my printing needs, I’ll post up the new buttons and hoodies very soon.

You guys are awesome.

Werd.

Welcoming Our New Overlords

Robot Party has come and gone but the carnage remains. You missed out if you weren’t at the show but there’s still time, the artwork will be up for another few weeks.

So many talented artists and the metal-loving masses converged on Monster Party, including some emissaries from Skynet. Read more, or look at pictars, after the break.

And I Work in a Button Factory

These have been going so fast I haven’t even had a chance to advertise or push them anywhere. 1″ buttons with some familiar designs, I’m selling this inaugural run for ONE DOLLAR EACH

That’s right, ONE DOLLAR…but they’re almost gone. Let me know!

These buttons come with amazing powers…true story. I was sitting in a coffee shop in Vancouver and I notice a couple with a ton of buttons on their person. I decided people with that many buttons definitely needed more buttons so off I went to introduce myself. I met Robin and Rebecca (I think and hope) Rebecca (if I actually remembered her name) is an animator and just finishing her work on My Little Pony. Robin is an artist and responsible for a very adult yearly anthology called Sleazy Slice.

He gave my a copy of the latest comic, unexpected bartering is awesome.

The moral of the story is talk to people, they are sometime awesome artists who will exchange pornographic comics for cartoons on buttons.

I can’t really show you more of book here, but curious adults can look up Robin Bougie, super talented guy.

Wrap up…

Buy my buttons
Buttons can be exchanged for artistic porn
BUY MY BUTTONS (also, prints, magnets, soul).

Addendum!

I was snooping around Robin Bougies stuff. Turns out he is a vastly published, immensely talented writer/artist/publisher. For super coincidence as well, I picked up a copy of the Inkstuds book over the weekend. Not strange in and of itself but it turns out that Robins wife is Rebecca Dart (I’m glad I remembered her name) a featured artist in the book who had received huge attention for her book Rabbithead.

Holy shit, so rad and strange. Real live, published, creative people. Weird weekend.

Check their work out.

King of the Sea, and All the Men Involved.

New work once again. As always, line art by me, colour and letters by Dustin of Cloud City. This one’s for Dustin’s personal band My Broken Hero. Check out the music now, the shirts will be available soon and go exchange your money for the goods and services Dustin offers.

Comment, share, criticize…I’m not picky but do something with the above information.

Love your face.

They’re Here

The newest incarnation of Monster Party opens tonight inside the hallowed walls of Talk’s Cheap. Art, DJs and debauchery are the order of the evening.

New Canvas. JUDGE ME!

Rejected!

When working on a monster design, there’s always some casualties.

This and the horn throwing food monster will live on elsewhere. Available as stickers like everything else.

Let me know!

Relief From the Shame of Ugly Nipples.

The plan of attack is to have some shirts printed. Right now I’m thinking a light colour on a dark shirt because of my personal aversion to white shirts. Hoodies will come down the pipe eventually (faster if the shirts go well).

This is the image I’m going with as it’s been the most requested at this point. Mr. A on the left and Mr. B on the right each have different feet (or some interpretation of feet). I can’t decide on which foot is the right foot to get off on…?

Also, while you’re staring at robot feet. Any colour requests?
